🚫 Return & Exchange Policy (Final Sale)

Please Read Carefully Before Placing Your Order

  • All products are made-to-order and printing is initiated immediately after the order is placed.

  • Once the order is placed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded—regardless of size selection, color preference, or accidental order placement.

  • We do not accept exchanges, even for wrong size or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

  • The product once sold is considered final sale.

Please ensure all details (size, color, design, shipping address) are correct before placing your order.


❌ Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued once the printing process has started (which begins immediately after order placement).

  • In exceptional cases, if a cancellation request is made within 6 hours of ordering and before printing begins, a ₹100 deduction will be applied as processing and handling fees.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 4–5 working days via UPI, GPay, or bank transfer.

  • No refunds are provided for minor color/design variations from digital mockups or social media previews.


🔐 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placement and before printing starts.

  • If cancellation is approved, ₹100 will be deducted from the refund as service and processing fees.

  • If the order has already entered the printing phase, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Orders paid via Cash on Delivery cannot be cancelled after processing.
    COD charges are non-refundable.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • All items are custom printed per order—no stock is kept, hence no exchanges or returns.

  • Size-related issues, wrong selections, or delivery refusals do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

  • Do not accept physically damaged packages at delivery—report immediately with photos.

  • All sales during discounts or promotions are final.

  • All disputes are subject to Chhattisgarh jurisdiction only.
